Everyone carries their weight different, so while it okay to watch numbers don't base judgment on them because they interpret/present different for each individual. Also... don't weight to live until you become skinny. Unfortunately for us, time doesn't stop for you to lose lbs and before you know it important years and memories will slip past you because you where too focused on "being the fat one."

I wonder where my fat is? It's sure in the belly since the Csection, but it's everywhere. Arms, chin, butt. I have a pair of 18 low rise from old navy that fit me, but it's my only 18, all my other things are 16 and too tight right now. Interesting that there are some at 250 who fit into an 18. Good for them. I have heard that belly fat is the hardest to get rid of. I think I might start a new thread to talk about belly fat.
