Hi Everyone!

Today my sons were measuring themselves and they measured me, too. I WAS 5'6" several years ago. I am NOW 5' 4 1/2" !!! Yikes! I'm shrinking!!!! You don't suppose that I have lost an inch and a half of fat from the soles of my feet, do ya?

That's gotta be it Cheryl!! There must be fat on the soles of our feet and fat on the top of our heads! ha!

whoa!!! unless you have osteoporosis, that's odd! Even for peopel with osteoporosis, shrinking doesn't occur that quickly...

I think we shrink as we get older. But I don't know about how fast it goes. I used to be 5' 6" when I was in my 20s. The next time I paid attention to my height, I was in my mid 30s. The doc said 5' 4". I simply thought he was wrong and kept telling people I was 5' 6"...until the next doc said I was 5' 4".
