Need Directions
 

Is there a support group out there for Organic eating? I have to eat REAL foods and NO calorie counting. It's been REALLY hard to accept that all the good foods/ diet plans have totally wrecked my system.....not to mention my body. I'm looking for others in the same boat. Thanks for any info & Many Blessing to all.:hug:

It's about Whole Foods but I think some of the gals go organic.

I definitely recommend the Whole Foods forum that Susan listed. It is a great place to talk about eating good food. Not everyone eats organic but some of them do. I'm trying to ease my way into organics a bit but I get price shock sometimes :) One thing I realize though is the more people that buy organic foods, the more there is a market for it and eventually the prices will drop (hopefully).
