Can't seem to get it right!

  • I have been on LAWL since Janury 23, 2007. I've lost 10 pounds, but this past 4-5 weeks I have been playing with the same 3 pounds. Down 3 up 3. This week I have been deligent on what I am eating and writing it down. The LAWL counselor says my diary looks good, but I gain a pound....ekkkkkkk! I will weigh in again tonight and the way I feel right now, I haven't lost anything. I sometimes don't eat enough, but mostly I do pretty well. With 80 pounds to lose, you'd think my weight would just drop off...I'm so frustrated.

    One thing, I do eat out alot, the correct foods, but I do eat out.

  • Eating out a lot can be a real detriment - even if you think it's "correct" foods most restaurants don't cook their food any shape or form that you would consider "correct." They need to make the food outstandingly delicious so you will come back and in my mind they CHEAT by using more butter, oil and salt than most normal folks would dream of using at home.
