Planning for Thurs.
Today I will stay on plan!!!
b - raisin bran, milk s - yogurt, mango l - rice, sirloin, broccoli s - mini bag popcorn, fiber 1 bar d - pasta, sauce, italian sausage, veggie e - 45-60 min @ gym w - 2L |

This worked really well the other day .... so .... cottage cheese and fruit ff turkey and vegetables salmon, cottage cheese and salad cereal with ff soy milk that's only four ... I'll add a yogurt at some point and a big long walk/jog |
B: Skim milk with coffee
L: Turkey and green salad S: A slice of white cheese D: Green salad W: 3 lts E: 30 mins of bike |
B: coffee w/milk, 1pc peanut butter toast, 1 apple
L: 1 tray of sushi, a diet coke D: the other tray of sushi S: sauteed kale |
Exactly the same as yesterday!
B - 2 Kashi waffles, 1 with natural peanut butter, 1 with cherry butter (like apple butter) S - package of blackberries L - big salad from downstairs - dark leafy greens, grilled chicken, fat free balsalmic vinaigrette, whatever else looks good on the salad bar (most likely - cherry tomatoes, carrots, red pepper, onions, cranberries, chickpeas) S - tangelo S - tall non fat latte S - cut up veggies (baby carrots, orange pepper strips, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes) D - roasted vegetables (sweet potatoes, shallots, garlic, red pepper, zucchini, carrots, green beans, tomatoes) over brown rice with a drizzle of stir fry sauce |
B- bagel with egg and turkey bacon and a very small slice of cheese (karden made me breakfast!)
S- just some coffee and cream this morning L- asian salad and banana (have to eat light after that breakfast! haha) S- rice crackers and cheese string D- tacos! (I think today is gonna be a bit high, lol) W- trying for 5L today E- did 60min |
B: Americano, english muffin w/ .5 tbsp butter, 1.5c Cheerios w/ 1c milk
S: All Bran Crackers L: Chicken & Asparagus Penne S: Yogurt, 1oz chips D: 2-3 oz pot roast, 1c broiled carrots, .5c broiled potatoes E: 1hr pilates, 30 min yoga W: 4L |
B* tall soy latte, homemade bread w/apple butter
L* whole wheat pita filled with turkey, baby swiss, lettuce, tomato and hummus D* kashi and a banana Exercise* 60 mins cardio Water* 3L |
