I got my cholesterol checked!

And it's LOW!!!! This is the first time I've ever had it checked and I was kinda worried. It's only been 9 months since we started eating healthier and exercising on a regular basis. My hubby got his done too and I am very proud, he's was low too! He is a big meater eater, so I was REALLY worried about his.

Good job. Congratulations to both of you.

My husband just got his checked and it was excellent. He is far healthier than he as any right to be. I'll be having mine done soon.
