For any of you who are named "mare" or any variation thereof, please note that I'm talking about myself!

I'd said all along that I wanted to lose 1 - 2 lbs/wk. I was thrilled last week when I actually lost 2.2! However, today I found that I'd lost .6 this week. Then the :D came when I measured! Last week I lost around 3 1/2 inches! This brings my total up to about 8 1/2" in 2 weeks!

I posted asking people if they measured. The responses were great! I'm looking at those inches going away as a victory in and of itself. :carrot:

I know that muscle weighs more than fat. So this tells me that my little half lb this week is just fat getting displaced by muscle and that the fat is going away in the form of inches lost.

So:
