Water-3.5L, 4L seems like too much and I just cant get it all into me, I think I will just stick with 3.5L until the summer time

string cheese with reduced fat wheat thins
chicken salad
shrimp with a small porting of pasta
Sundays plan is
B-1 egg,2 whites and 2 low cal tortillas with 1tbsp salsa
S-cheese string
L-hmm probably some leftovers from last nights dinner
S-cut up veggies
D-cooking a big turkey breast, potatos, and carrots probably.....and a huge salad
S-popcorn or nsa ice cream, see how I feel
