Default Everyone weigh in 03/09/07

Not only is it time to set our clocks ahead an hour, it's also time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Note: Ok, really, yesterday was really the time for this week's thread. Unfortunately, yesterday was also "Annie will oversleep and almost be late for work, then come home and go with hubby to the laundromat to wash all the blankets and comforters that our washer at home can't handle, thus forgetting entirely about posting this thread" day. Life happens, from time to time.

Me: 179, up .5 pounds from last week. Actually a relief, since I was around 182 most of the week. This is the time for me to be having weird fluctuations, so not too concerned at all. My new weight lifting routine has gone well since the new year; I just added another 5 pounds to all my lifts. I'm glad I found a tactic that works with my mentality for making this a new habit. I think I can actually feel the muscles in my arms getting a bit harder!

Annie, your blog is great! That blue dress haha. Too funny.

I'm down a 1.5 lbs from last week hooray! I didn't get as many work outs in this week (ugh, it's like impossible for me to work out on week days), so I was very pleasantly surprised. There was cookies and ice cream at work yesterday, and I'm proud to say I didn't have nary a one. Still got a ways to go.... summer is coming! ahhhhhh!

Hi all,
I lost 2 lbs. this week. I'm so thrilled as I stalled/took a break for about a month (although I'm happy to say that at least I maintained during that time - whew!).

Little by little ...
