Hi every body, I starting to feel it now, am dreaming about sweetie lol. I came on to write this, to pick myself and remind ma self, BEING 15stone 13lbs, Is not my target weight and I will not get to it if I eat things am not supposed to. I'll go and do something productive. (No I will not eat Sweeties lol)

Congrats on not smoking.... that is terrific.!!! Are you still not smoking?
You are so correct about the sweets.... we can't lose eatting that stuff. What do you want more.... a thinner body or the sweets.?? Well.... okay... I want those sweets too.

BUT... we can leave them alone... and enjoy our new slimmer bods. Good luck... I will be watching for you on all the threads.
