Planning for Friday February 23
Where is everyone? I am late and no one started? :(
B- two slices of toast with low cal butter, brown sugar and cinnimon with sliced banana S- canned peaches and arrowroot cookies and probably some coffee L- 1 cup canned muchrooms, 3 small celery stalks and salmon burger patty all cut up and mixed together; cheese string S- two tomato basil rice cakes D- chicken breast (might cook in hot sauce); baked potato and veggies W- 4L E- already did 60 min |
B - 1/2 c cheerios, 1 banana, 1 c 2% milk
S - smoked ham, 2 oz spinach leaves with mustard on 1 piece sourdough bread L - Leftover lo mein from last night, salad S - apple or orange D - Pork chops, brown rice, salad |
B~1/2 c egg whites rolled up in a ww tortilla with 1 T ff cheese and hot sauce (200 calories)
S~tangelo (100) L~out to lunch with DH??? S~apple (100) D~something light to make up for lunch. Probably chicken with lots of broccoli and cauliflower |
B: English Muffin w/ .5 tbsp butter, .25 raisins, Nonfat Au Lait
S: Clementines L: Lasagna w/ 1 slice of bread S: String Cheese, Crisp bread D: I'm going to a cereal bar after work, so whatever healthy options they have there E: 30min W: 4L |
Athenac, what is a cereal bar? I'm picturing a salad bar but with breakfast cereal instead. Does such a place exist?
Here's today's plan: B - Oatmeal with soy milk S - coffee with splenda and milk, maybe fruit or something L - brussels sprouts with ham and onion; salad of spinach, strawberries, cucumber, sea salt, lemon pepper, and balsamic vinegar S - blueberry fiber cake with cream cheese S - NF yogurt with blackberries and wheat germ D - Raspberry Chipotle Meatloaf; roasted celeriac, parsnips, and carrots; green salad S - low cal pudding Exercise: hopefully with trainer. He sprained his ankle so we had to cancel on Wed, but he's assured me we're on for today...we'll see. |
