Stuck in a rut!
For the past 2 weeks I can't seem to get going! I took a trip out of town and allowed myself to eat whatever I want and now I can't get out of it. I have a wedding I'm in in May and want to be at my ideal weight by then, but if I continue on this path, it may never happen. I really want to get back on track...what do you guys do when you get off track. Any ideas? I'm so close to goal, yet so far away.:( :?:

Join in with one of the challenges--there's an Easter Challenge and a St. Patrick's day challenge going on right now. Figure out how much you can lose by the challenge deadline and then go for it. I do it so I won't be embarrassed to post that I missed meeting the goal!

Good suggestions! I'd add that it might help to make yourself a plan so that you know what you're going to eat. Don't just wing it--because then you may just go down that slippery slope again! It doesn't have to be a plan right down to the last calorie, but you should figure out what your choices are for meals and snacks and stick to them.
