Dumb question
 

If you put crystal light in your water do you still count it as your water intake?

When I did Curves I would drink 2 bottles (16.9-20oz) of water for every can of soda I had on top of my normal water intake. Do I need to drink more water on top of the crystal light too?

The last time I was at the doctor's, I asked this same question. What I was told was that it's better to just drink plain water, but if the Crystal Light helps you get in all your daily water intake, just count it. Getting your water in with a little added help is better than not getting it in at all.
