  • B-had 2 slices of chicken bacon, 2 eggs & 2 slices of WW bread, high in calories (344) but still better than a traditional sunday breakfast with real bacon

    L-cucumber&tomato salad, grilled chicken breast
    S-ancient grains crackers & light cream cheese
    D-dunno? maybe broiled haddock, potatos & onions & some mixed veggies
    S-100 cal bag of popcorn
    Water-3.5L
    exercize- probably nothing today, maybe go for a walk
  • B: leftovers: 1/2 pc salmon, vegetable/potato hash, a poached egg, coffee w/cream
    L: 1 frozen pot pie (and not the healthy kind, either)
    S: 1/2 serving grapes
    D: 1c roasted eggplant, 1 serving tuna casserole
    S: 1/2c ice cream + rhubarb compote
