Breakfast - fruit smoothie: banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup ff yoghurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Coffee.

Snack - 1/2 whole wheat bagel, 1 tbls peanut butter, glass of 1% milk

Lunch - turkey burger w/pear and blue cheese, salad

Snack - cottage cheese, peach bits

Dinner - chicken and pepper stew, new recipe so no clue how this will taste, green beans

Courtnie - that's water weight from the chinese, you'll be fine next week .

Sakuya - what's a flat out wrap? I've been wanting to ask you that for ages hehe.

I didn't get my morning snack in, the coop plus other bits of yard work took 2 hours so I didn't get time.

Flat out wraps are low carb/high protein wraps... You can find them at Walmart. They are made from stuff like vital wheat gluten... They have 90 calories each and 9g of fiber/9g of protein. They are tasty!
