    goin out for a few drinks tonight to celebrate my friends bday, hoping not to overdo it, probably drink light beer to keep my cals somewhat down, im just hoping to burn some cals dancing and hopefully avoid the late night pizza shop stop :S
  • Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    Snack: yogurt, almonds
    Lunch: turkey club wrap /w turkey salami, turkey ham, turkey breast and provolone
    Snack: string cheese, triscuits
    Dinner: salmon, green beans, squash
