Everyone Weigh in 01/19/07

  • It's time again for the general 3FC weigh in thread. All are welcome to join. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around!

    And, apologies for missing last week. I was/am having IPS issues. Is it due to the ice storms that hit the midwest last week? My area wasn't slammed this time, but we're all part of the circle of life. Is it due to the dying router that my husband and mine computers both share? Only the Shadow know for sure!

    Me: 180.5, down 2.5 pound from last week. I love it when water weight goes away. Also, I've been keeping my resolution of doing at least 10 lifting reps a week. Instead of trying to get into the habit of doing them at a certain time, I put a sheet of paper near my gym and mark off when I do them. I can do them anytime. I blow them off, I do all ten on Sunday. That hasn't happened yet! I think this will be a good method for me to use.
  • I did not weigh in or check in last week. I am down to 149 leaving me only 4 more lbs to go. I have not been hungry lately and I am losing weight very fast, so next week I am going to decrease my exercise a little and force myself to increase my calories . I have lost 8 lbs. in the last 2 weeks.

  • Yay, found out I shedded another 2 pounds -- officially in the (high) 150s now! Though not sure if I can say that after eating a meal, heh.
  • My weight has been steadily dropping since Oct when I joined 3FC. I'm down to 148.5 now; will change the ticker when I hit 148. I kept going down then back up down then back up to the point where I didn't think I would ever see 150. I was so discouraged before and now I'm so optimistic . Thanks so much everyone, the people and the information you find here are so helpful and so appreciated.

  • 221.5... down from 225.5 at the beginning of the month. ^-^ @_@ Sometimes I wish I could donate my fat to people it would serve better other than myself. LoL
  • This is my first week! I ate 1200-1600 calories a day, with one bad day at like 2,300.. and im down to 184.5 from 190 in 7 days! ^^
  • Same as last week, 175. But after the big 6 pound loss that got me there, I'm satisfied to sit for a while. At least this proves it wasn't a fluke.

    buttt.. TOM is here, I've been super busy with work and school, and I haven't gotten to work out much, so it's my own freaking fault
