3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

[Note to regular posters - I started the thread for last week since Annie hasn't been active on 3FC since 1/10/07. I am not sure why she hasn't been able to log in - and I know we all hope she is ok. If anyone knows, an update would be appreciated. I am NOT trying to take over Annie's thread - and I hope she is back to do the next one for the end of this week]

For myself - after a week of relationship frustration that was turned into workout motivation plus the dimished appetite that comes with it - I lost 6 pounds last week!

I now weigh 175, which is officially less than I weighed 5 1/2 years ago :carrot: Only 4 pounds left to reach my lowest adult weight EVER (I will weigh what I weighed in 7th grade :o - which was 12 years ago )
