setting some goals for me, will let you

  • know when i reach them.

    since i am just starting, my goals are
    to get some form of exercise daily
    to work on drinking enough water and cutting out soda
    to work on making healthy food choices
    to not get impatient and realize this is not a short term thing
    and i'd really love it if i lost 10 lbs by this time next month lol!
