Hello All-

I have a small delima I would love some help with. Tonight we are taking my Mom out to dinner at her favorite place -Carrabbas for her birthday. Does anyone have any idea what might be the healthiest options at this place? I went to the website and looked over the menu and it seems as though everything is covered in Lemon Butter Sauce? And no nutrional information is listed either. I have not been to Carrabbas so if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear it.

The Insalata Carraba salad is really good. The grilled chicken that is on it is really flavorful.

It's always nice to have a bit of a treat meal, just don't go to overboard. On special occasions like this, I tend not to count every calorie, I might make a number that I think sounds right and enter it into a fitday - just so I can get a semi accurate weekly average for calories.

But it looks like you know what your doing! your almost at goal, so just keep doing whatever you doing! congrats!!
