Planning for Saturday, Dec. 30
Ended up with 2 hotdogs for dinner yesterday (thank goodness...3 eould have put me over the top) and then added a milkshake afterwards (vaniall ice cream, skim milk, and malt). I ended up with about 1525 calories and 107g protein for yesterday.
On to today...I already did 30 minutes of WATP this morning, so I got my exercise in. As for food:
