Planning for Wednesday, Dec. 27
I was on track yesterday--had some rolls with dinner but also ended up skipping the pbj sandwich, so I still came out ahead.
As for today, I did my 30 minutes of WATP this morning, so that's out of the way. On to food (still haven't gone grocery shopping yet--was soooooo tired last night after the long, hectic holiday weekend):

I didn't have my pasta w/ chicken last nite, instead I had Zaxby's. And I only got a chicken salad w/ no dressing. I stayed under 1800 cals.
B - cereal, milk S- cottage cheese doubles l - lean pocket, apple s - thin crisps d - macaroni w/ chicken and marinara e - I didn't get to go to the gym last (it was too cold), so I'll try to get an hour in tonite. |
I didn't end up going to the supermarket yesterday, so I substituted a few things from yesterday's plan. Luckily I ended up even lower than planned.
TODAY S - protein hot cocoa (80 cal) B - 2 veggie sausages, 2 sweetpotato cakes, tea w/ milk (290 cal) L - Frozen South Beach Diet Meal (around 300) S - Protein Oatmeal (110 cal) D - Broiled pork loin, pink beans, white rice (480 cal) S - 2 Kashi Oatmeal w/ banana (393 cal) S - Protein Hot Cocoa (80 cal) S - 3oz Apple Juice mixed w/ water (44 cal) green tea w/ 3 tblspoons FF half&half (30 cal) TOTAL 1623 Unfortunately DH is insisting we change around the whole house in time for some new furniture that's on its way, so no time for exercise yesterday or today. He said I'd get my workout around here! LOL I will resume exercise when I go to the office on Thurs. Best wishes ladies |
