Barb, you are not a failure. You're not the only one who has tried different ways of losing weight and didn't stick to. If that were the case, none of us would be here.
This has been a great place for support for me and I have no doubt it will be for you, too. Do you have a personal support system?
I go to Weight Watchers and it has been wonderful for me, the accountability of weighing in every week in front of the leader and getting support and weight loss ideas from others. You Can Do This!!!!!!!
