Myth #9 Never eat at night It has helped me in the past not to eat at night. I understand that the body doesn't know the difference when calories are consumed. But who craves carrot sticks while watching Letterman? Chips and chocolate rule the night shift :p |
I need to give this article to everyone who asks me, "How are you doing it?" . I agree wholeheartedly with every piece of advice, but I try not to eat at night, because by then, I have no calories left and then I go over my limit.

Those myths are awful, so many people work hard, and then fail due to not knowing enough about proper diet and exercise.
It all comes down to everyone trying to find a 'trick' to losing weight. |
