Very cool! I have a head shot of myself for almost every month I've been losing weight. The differences from month to month aren't all that big particularly given that my weight loss has slowed way down. But the difference from the first to the last is quite a bit!

The girl in this article was on Rachel Ray today for a makeover and from what I caught of it the stylist was going to help her get out of her baggy clothing and into something flattering for her new body. I didn't catch the end of the show, I am hoping to watch it online later.
