Me too. My husband and I have committed to getting healthy now so that we won't pass on these habits to our children (when we have them) Michelle Obama is on the same track...they should team up lol

I'm usually not one for celebrity chefs. But Jamie Oliver seems to know what is important.

He's fantastic! I read that he'll have a new tv show on soon called Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. It will be on ABC and I think it premiers in March.

What a great attitude and a great message he sends across. Just wish more people would see/get that message.

I've seen him many times, he IS quite likable.

I agree with that so much. I can't tell you how many people I've encountered in college and beyond who said they couldn't cook and I'm like How are you surviving not living at home on any sort of budget? You don't know what to buy to keep a stocked pantry/refrigerator/freezer and even then, no idea what to do with them.

Wow, so I actually watched the whole video. I don't know if every single idea of his makes total sense to me, but some are spot on, and it is so refreshing to see someone so genuine about caring and so passionate about helping.

I second the drool motion.

That fellow is rather easy to look at, isn't he?
And I've always been a fan of his veggie recipes. I catch any show I see his name pop up on.

If you like Jamie Oliver, try this young lady:

http://www.gizzierskine.com/index.asp

She's fantastic and her recipes are just... nom. Cook Yourself Thin is the best thing on British TV at the moment.
