Diabetes PHD will determine a personalized Results Overview for you, showing your current risk for diabetes, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, as well as foot and eye complications. By changing certain variables in your profile, like stopping smoking, losing weight, taking ACE inhibitors, getting a regular foot exam etc., you will be able to see how making these changes would affect your future health.

Check it out for yourself. it does take a LONG time for results to be processed once you finish the test, so be forwarned. You can opt for the results to be emailed to you. You do need to know your LDL, HDL, total Chol number, BP, height, weight.. etc so have the information ready.
