Video instructors with unattainable bodies--super model gorgeous, six-pack abs, long limbs--left viewers lacking confidence and unlikely to exercise, says a studt of 101 women. In contrast, videos featuring more normal looking instructors were motivational. Pick instructors like "women who you would see on the street or in your gym," suggests study author Kathleen A.
