I am so proud of myself!!:D In the past week, i have managed to stuff two stalks of raw celery down my throat!!! Celery is like the most super-healthy veggie ever, and i can eat it!!YAYYYYYYYY! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :D :carrot:

:lol: Congratulations :lol: It is a hard one to eat! I only like it if very finely minced and added to a salad of some sort.

I love celery. I eat it all the time as a snack sometimes I'll put fat free ranch on it and other times I will but a teaspoon of reduced-fat peanut butter on it. I also cut it up and add it to stir-fry and of course I put it in soup. Good job on trying to get yourself to like it.
