Pinjur is AMAZING.
 

i bought this sauce at Trader Joe's called Pinjur a couple weeks ago. it's in the canned food aisle by the ethnic food. it's a roasted red pepper spread/sauce. it sounds gross, but it's sooo good. it is a tastier version of tomato sauce IMO. i heat up green beans, pour a couple tablespoons (15 cal) of Pinjur on my green beans and let it simmer just enough to warm up. it makes them sooo much better (if i want to be bad, i'll put 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese on top!). :o anyway, i eat so many more veggies because of the pinjur.

Oh that sounds so good! I love roasted peppers, and roasted tomatoes. And that's a great tip for dressing up your veggies :)

Mmmmm. It sounded so good I Googled it and the ingredients are delicious: roasted peppers, roasted eggplant, tomatoes, and onions. Can't wait to go to TJ's and get some! It would be good with some roasted zucchini or squash.

it is sooo delicious. i crave veggies with pinjur now.
