Post how to estimate nutritional values on home cooked foods

is there an easy way to do this? i would like to know, because as i`m sure you all understand being veggie means cooking at home A LOT. it would be helpful if there was some type of formula to calculate a recipes entire nutritional value and then be able to divide it by a serving size to find out exactly how much of what you are eating at home. anyone know where i can find something like this?

Have you ever tried FitDay? You can find out the nutritional information for different foods. Yeah, it's a chore in the beginning, but after you've put in your favorite recipes, it is easier.

This may help you - it provides calorie counts for food items.

Take the nutritional value of the ingredients and then divide that by the servings you make.
