Saying "hi"
 

I wanted to introduce myself and say hi since I will probably be dropping in here from time to time.

I became a lacto-ovo-pescatarian in February 2004 for health reasons. However, I find that I crave meat so bad at "that" time of the month that I usually have one meal with meat in it a month (in a restaurant -- I don't cook it in my house -- my husband also went veggie). (I'm horribly anemic and I'm like the one percent of people who can't take iron). (Whoever posted about meat being addictive -- I say -- uh...yeh! I believe it.)

I'm trying not to eat meat at that one time each month and have only been able to go two months at a time at my last attempt. I am committed to continue trying, however, and that's why I'm here.
