Awesome veggie cheese.
 

I am not a veggie, but I love tofu and soy stuff. I found an awesome cheese alternative called Soya Kaas. They come in mozzeralla, cheddar, and pepper jack flavors. It melts like cheese, and in my opinion, tastes better.

These things are very personal. I'm not fond of the soya kaas brand (also, most are not vegan). But there are many brands, and one will surely strike your fancy. Just experiment!
