I'm still breathing!
 
My surgery date for having the LAP BAND is coming up soon, January 31st! Most of my online efforts these days consist of cruising "bandster" message boards.

I'm still intending on sticking with Vegetarian/Vegan, although I understand the weight loss can be much slower if there isn't any meat in the diet. That's kewl...the whole idea of bariatric surgery is to KEEP the weight off once you lose it!

I'm also lurking in the Weight Loss forum here at 3FC, so I'm still around.

I'm excited...so let's DANCE!
