Off my meds!

I came back to my vegan diet and my fasting blood sugars started dropping - while I'm eating mostly starch! Thank You, Lord! And thank Drs. Campbell, McDougal,and Esslestyn. I'm now off all diabetes meds and my fbg is still down to 94. Whoo hoo !
