Any advice on the best brands for things like meatballs?
 

I've found veggie fish (Gardein) I love, and veggie chicken (Morningstar) that works great, but I have never found a great beef substitute. I'm slowly working my way back to vegetarianism but I definitely still need help. I recently tried the Gardein meatless meatballs, and they were... All wrong. I'm not switching back to regular meatballs, but I'd love to try something else. Any tips?
