Hi Ladies! One of my best friends joined this site earlier and had wonderful things to say about it, and I feel like this might be where I'm supposed to go =)

My name is Susan and I'm 27. Back in August, I woke up one morning, decided it was time to center my life and made the leap into being vegan. Out of nowhere. I weighed 268 and I can say have never been happier! This morning I weighed in at 195, and although I still have a ways to go, being in the 100's hasn't been achieved since high school!

I just went vegan earlier this month, and I feel fantastic so I know what you mean! My complexion has cleared right up !!

and WOW- is that loss all from going vegan? I've been losing some weight since I started a few weeks ago, but I'm also being careful with my diet.

Check out some of the threads on this forum. The veg ones aren't very active, but if you go under support groups on the main page once you login, you'll find a ton of groups with lots of conversation, tips, and encouragement!
