The recommendation for protein for adult males vegans is around 56-70 grams per day; for adult female vegans it is around 46-58 grams per day.


Cool link, especially for a quick reference when people say omg you will die from no protein! lol

Yeah, it's interesting seeing what foods you don't think have protein in them, actually do! :carrot:

I had to post this, because yesterday I had another person with the mighty protein question and jumping to conclusions on my decision. Oh my :dizzy:

Yeah I get way more then that also. I like to counter the protein question with questions about where they get vitamin A, C, D, E, copper, zinc, etc. Ha no one yet has had an answer to those :)
