I've tried both-can't stand Tofurky, but Quorn products are a staple in our home to sub out meat.
We try to limit soy (non whole soy) in our diet & Quorn products are soy-free. It's a mycoprotein-more related to mushrooms than other veggies (and mushrooms are a fungus and contain beneficial nutrients.) My DH was a chemical engineer in former days & is really impressed by the Quorn products. Even my anti-meat substitute family members like Quorn products, and can't really tell the differences in some swaps. We love it!
