obvious hot cocoa recipe
 

hey fellow veg*ns! so this recipe is so obvious and it may even be posted somewhere on here, but i didn't read it anywhere. i was in the kitch, wanting some hot chocolate, cause it's gettin cold :brr: and put some soy milk on the stove. i whisked 1 tbsp. of hershey's cocoa powder and then whisked in some agave nectar. it was so good! like i said obvious, but i thought i'd share for other people like me who it may take an aha moment for something so simple.

mmm, thanks. honestly i wouldn't have thought to use agave, even though I have some that i put in my greek yogurt! (i'm veg but not vegan, i just don't much care for the taste of cow's milk, so I always drink soy)

You can also heat up chocolate soy milk and add a little additional cocoa powder as well. Quite yummy.

Hey nope I hadn't thought to do this and I have all the ingredients sitting around! I've been craving hot choc. too!
