Yogurt help?

Hi all I've been trying to make the transition to veg. I wasn't at this time going all the way vegan I was doing it in steps. But one thing I was trying to give up is dairy. I love yogurt though and I know they have soy yogurts but they all seem really high in sugar and have added sugars. Does anyone know of a soy yogurt that is low in sugar? I don't mind if it is plain flavored. Thanks for any help.

I believe you can make your own.

I think there are also commercial yogurt makers that you can purchase and use.

If you can find it, Wildwood makes a unsweetened plain yogurt that's great. I like to blend it with some fresh or frozen fruit and a few drops of stevia extract. Yummy on cereal too.

I also really like Wildwood!

I recently went to a natural foods store that I haven't been to before and they had a large tub of both Silk plain and Wildwood plain yogurt. Silk also had a large tub of vanilla yogurt as well.

So for the next couple weeks, I get yogurt with berries as a treat :)

Since this thread I've been eating yogurt daily and I think it's actually improving my digestion. Not that it was too horrible before, but definitely less, um, *gas* going on, KWIM?
