I posted on Whole food group, but perhaps I am needing vegetarian way of eating. I realized that my body has become very acidic and I am feeling it. I have read about alkalizing the body and am thinking I may need to eat more vegetarian type of diet, but I can't seem to find much on how to balance the foods. I read one place 4 to 1 ration and another place 2 to 1. I would appreciate any help or suggestions as it does get confusing. Not sure I would want to be 100% vegetarian, but I could be close.
