Question Need help Acid/Alkaline balancing

I posted on Whole food group, but perhaps I am needing vegetarian way of eating. I realized that my body has become very acidic and I am feeling it. I have read about alkalizing the body and am thinking I may need to eat more vegetarian type of diet, but I can't seem to find much on how to balance the foods. I read one place 4 to 1 ration and another place 2 to 1. I would appreciate any help or suggestions as it does get confusing. Not sure I would want to be 100% vegetarian, but I could be close.

I found my answers online. I am leaning more towards vegetarian lifestyle. I remember my Mother saying her Mom was a vegetarian. I am thinking this done right helps balance the ph in the body. Now it is just a matter of me learning more about how to do it right. I'm an old low carber so this will be really different for me.
