wine is one of my favorite meals =)

today i had:

B: fat free vanilla yogurt w/ maple pecan granola
L: PB&J on sprouted multi bread, baby carrots, almonds
D: corn and zucchini quesadilla w/ chips and salsa, yogurt with a peach cut up in it

and then i ate 3 chocolate chip cookies because my roommate made them and they are quite delicious and still sitting in the tupperware on our counter!

Today is kind of a bust nutrition-wise, as I am not feeling so hot.

B: ezekiel bread, earth balance, homemade apple butter
L: 'sausage', kale, and white bean stew; leftover mini tofu quiche, sauteed squash and mushrooms
S: soy yogurt, dark chocolate
D: tomato soup

breakfast: whole wheat bagel with hummus
lunch: spicy tofu with roasted green beans (i.e., leftovers from dinner a couple of days ago)
dinner: TJ's Indian thing, summer squash
snacks: peach

Yesterday we went to an Asian fusion tapas place where they had some great vegan tapas choices. The waiter even told me the pad thai was cooked using fish oil when I asked if it had meat in it.
