Soy puddings?
 

Hello,

Does anyone know of a brand of soy based pudding (like Jello pudding cup type things) that actually taste good?

I have found one brand where I live but it tastes like a chocolate covered bean- i.e. mmmmm chocolate and then ugh! raw bean aftertaste! :p

I'm not sure of anything storebought but I've made this tofu-based pudding before and it's pretty good:

3 oz silken tofu
1 tbsp soy milk
2 tsp peanut butter (optional)
1 tsp cocoa powder
sweetener to taste
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Davinci SF Vanilla syrup
