Hello HELP I’m on a Platu that won’t budge. I have stayed the same for a month yes that’s right a month argg. I’ve exercised at least 3 times a week. I have tried to eat clean. I’m just having problems right now I just want to scream and eat ice cream and say to heck with it. But then last night I weighed my self and gained five pounds since that morning. I’m so bloated and sore and frustrated. I’m drinking water but soda has snuck back into my life and yesterday I had a fish sandwich fish what is wrong with me. I don’t know maybe ETL is to restrictive or maybe I’m just over whelmed and not focusing because I see my faults and not the things I’ve done better at.

Wow you have done amazing, congratulations on the weight you have lost.
I was on a plateau for about three weeks and someone suggested I eat more one day a week to try to shake it up. I tried this and it worked for me. I guess the reaoning behind it is your body gets used to the same amount of calories and just needs a little kick start. Also you can change your exercise. I was also retaining water as I was eating those healthy meals and I guess they have a lot of sodium. One place they have a bit of the idea on varying your calories and the reasoning behind, is the WW General site. It is at the top called the Wendie Plan. Sorry I can't be of more help.
You are doing awesome you have lost 54 pounds already.
