    This year has completely whizzed past.

    Ah - now, I'm okay when it comes to Christmas. Pressies all bought and paid for - food all ordered - some already delivered.

    Just gotta shift another 4 or 5 pounds to fit in my size 14 Christmas clothes. If I don't manage it I could be spending Christmas in summer size 16s or my dog walking clobber.

    went from 20 to 12 (ish , never underastand sizes)
