Thank you for the advice peacock i think your rite...:hug: i have actually been keeping a food diary and have managed to cram in some syns..i'm actually quite loving snack a jacks popcorn (salted)i know this is 21/2 syns. I havent been too big on the free food lately due to lost of apetite and no time!!..but i had a huge bowl of vegetable soup for dinner, that one of my house mates made me after work which was a great surprise lol:D ..uncle TOM is visiting so i'm a little worried about weighing in tomorrow but i have been 'good' lol.

Maybe you could do some crudites of raw veg for snacking on too - they are free food. I happen to love raw carrots (prefer them to cooked) and likewise celery. I love to crunch!

I love celery too - bought myself some while in Asda the other day to put into a chilli I was making (very finely chopped so the kids can't see it's there) - and while I was cooking it I ate about 2 sticks - there's only me in the house that likes it which is a very good thing as it's one of the few things that stays in the fridge once you've put it there!

I love it raw but I guess I had too much when on the cabbage soup diet - all I can remember was a taste of celery.

I also love raw cauliflower! I eat broccoli raw as well but prefer it cooked.
