Thank you for the advice peacock i think your rite...:hug: i have actually been keeping a food diary and have managed to cram in some syns..i'm actually quite loving snack a jacks popcorn (salted)i know this is 21/2 syns. I havent been too big on the free food lately due to lost of apetite and no time!!..but i had a huge bowl of vegetable soup for dinner, that one of my house mates made me after work which was a great surprise lol:D ..uncle TOM is visiting so i'm a little worried about weighing in tomorrow but i have been 'good' lol.
