No, I tend to be wondering just quite how mad I have to be to choose to run up hills on a sunday morning. It doesn't tend to be deep thoughts, just "ouch, that hurts"...

Ok, here's some pictures of the snow yesterday, there's still some on the ground and it's really piggin' cold out this morning...the paw prints are Lew's, him and Pen weren't to keen on the snow business yesterday, not impressed at all.

Remember in the chat thread I was moaning about how I danced on stage and in the video they cut me out because I was such a :moo: ? Well, when I danced I was wearing leggings and some HUGE sack type long-sleeved T-shirt thing and all the other skinny ladies were wearing catsuits... She had a wonderful time and the experience was well worth the money. She had the facial with all sorts of lotions and potions massaged into her face, she also had to take her shirt off and move her bra straps down so as she had a shoulder and neck massage...a foot massage as well. The woman was really lovely, explained everything she was doing as she did it, and thoroughly spoilt Mum. I think I shall book one for me one of these fine days. :D

Aaahhh Chris your mum looks lovely. I bet she enjoyed that. I told you to book yourself a massage spoil yourself.

Have just been checking out all of your photos - they look fab. Helen you are a star - hope to follow you in your footsteps with the running although might be very slow and puffy to begin with! You look amazing in your prof pic! Vampalicious - congrats on all your hard work and you really can see the difference. I have a few photos on the 100lb board but they didn't come out very well and I don't have many 'before' shots as I was very good at hiding! But shall try and post when I sort some out.

I'm the blonde one, at around 152ish I think! :)

I don't seem to have any pics of when I was at my highest (198lb) as I avoided cameras like the plague and it wasn't for a huge amount of time. I'm still determined to find one though as I was victim of 'camera floating around' at christmas a couple of years back. :(

Kat, you look great. I'd be interested to see the difference so keep searching for that higher weight photo.

MY word Vampalicious! I f I had nto seen your before pix with my own naked eyeballs I would never have believed you ever had a weight problem looking at the after pix!
