Need advice about buying home stepper
 

hey everyone,
been considering buying a mini stepper to keep in my little uni room, so tht i can get some extra xrecise. Dunno how helpful it is for some one trying to lose weight. My target area r my thighs and my bum, this says tht it is quite helpful in toning tht area, but wot about losing fat from there? Any one have any ideas?

Also there r two options, both from argos
one is a rebok mini stepper - £60
v fit stepper - £20

the reebok one is obviously more advanced, but is it better to go for the cheap one or sring for a good quality one tht will motivate me to use it? If any one has bought one, is it usefull, and worth buying the xpensive one?

Shmoo - you're in Leeds I think? I might have one in the garage that used to be my sister's. I won't be able to look for a couple of weeks (I'm away this weekend and don't like going out there in the dark...) but if you want to give it a new home (if it's still there), let me know. I have no idea what state it would be in, mind you...
