The first time I did SB, I went from size 22 to size 8. I did phase1 for 6 weeks, phase2 for 4 weeks, back to phase1 for 4 weeks and then I stayed in phase2. It’s the only diet I can follow and not chew my nails off! No, it was not easy, but I did it! This is the only diet I can do without feeling like I was starving.
You can have caffeine and beans. If you use beans from a can, make sure you wash them. The cans have a lot of salt in it, even when it states low sodium.
When I feel like my clothes are fitting a little tight, I go back and do phase1 for a few weeks.
The rest of the time, I do not follow the diet by the book. I still occasionally like a donut or pizza. I try to portion control it so I don’t get too far out of control.
